During these challenging times, we want to communicate with you as easily and effectively as possible and allow you to get in touch when needed. We already use multiple ways to do this including e mail (communitymatters@northlan.gov.uk) and Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/nlcommunitymatters). We also have additional sources of information for communities, older people and those experiencing financial difficulties. But we want to do more. So what would be the best way for us to share information with you and update on emerging issues? What can we do to keep you informed about whats happening in your community?

helpline would be good for people who can't get online. Social media works for a lot of folk. Put links on social media
